Brent Housing Partnership (BHP) is an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) company that looks after 13,600 properties for Brent Council. Although BHP is owned by Brent Council it is run as a separate organisation at 'arms length' from the council. BHP’s head office is based in Chancel House in Neasden which is in North West London. Residents with enquires can visit any of the One Stop local offices around the borough. South Kilburn residents can visit the Housing Office at the Community Resource Centre, William Dunbar House in Albert Road, South Kilburn. == Management ==
BHP is managed by a board consisting of residents, councillors and independents. The board meets every two months and all meetings are open to the public. BHP is responsible to keep communal areas clean, look after gardens, carry out repairs, service gas installations, collect rent and manage problems between neighbours.
